Juicy Burger Fest 2025 is only two days away, kicking off on Sat (May 31), at Xidianjiyi FunsTown in Gaobeidian. Ahead of the fest, here are all your FAQs answered plus how to get to the venue.

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets by scanning the QR code below. Standard Early Bird Tickets* are RMB 25, Standard Tickets are RMB 35 and VIP Tickets are RMB 100.

*Standard Early Bird Tickets are sold out for Saturday (May 31) and Sunday (Jun 1), but are still available for Monday (Jun 2).

What do Standard Early Bird Tickets include?
A Juicy Burger Fest wristband and themed bandana.

What does the VIP Ticket include?
The VIP Ticket includes:

Burger Fest wristband
Themed bandana
Themed fridge magnet
Collectible booze gourd
Burger Ambassador sash

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets at the door. They're RMB 35, however, don't include any free gifts.

How do I find my ticket after I've bought it, and how do I get into the festival?
If you've already bought a ticket, it's best to prepare the QR code for the e-ticket in advance by following the instructions in the poster below. When you arrive at the venue, go to the “early bird ticket” entrance, show your QR code, and you'll be given a wristband to enter the festival.

How do I get to the festival?
Juicy Burger Fest is happening at Xidianjiyi FunsTown in Gaobeidian. Here are a few different ways to get there:

Ride-Hailing App

If you're using a ride-hailing app, simply type in "Funstown" then pick the option that says "West Area of Xidian Memory - Funstown," which should be the first option. Or if you're using it in Chinese, choose "西店记忆FunsTown," which should also be the first option.

Taxi

If you're taking a taxi, just show your driver this address: 朝阳区高碑店方家村甲18号西店记忆FunsTown.

Subway

If you're looking to save some money and take the subway, the closest station to our burger fest venue is Line 7's Baiziwan station (百子湾站). To walk or cycle from the station, you'll need to head out of Exit B and head east along Guangqu Lu, until you come to Xidianjiyi Lu, turn left (heading north) and carry on up the road until you reach Xidianjiyi South Gate. The walk is about 2.5km and should take around 30 minutes.

Driving

If you're planning on driving to the fest just put this "西店记忆招商中心” into your map app to find the venue, then you can see the map below for different parking lot locations. The parking fee is RMB 8 per hour.

What time does the festival start and finish?
Juicy Burger Fest starts at 11am and finishes at 9pm each day (May 31-Jun 2).

What food and drink will be at Juicy Burger Fest?
We've got nearly 60 vendors serving up a whole range of burgers along with snacks and plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can check out more details on the vendors in these two posts:

Will there be exclusive burgers that are only available at the fest?
Yes! Numerous vendors have created special, exclusive burgers for Juicy Burger Fest, and 11 vendors have partnered with premium cheese brand MILKGROUND for collab creations. Will there be vegetarian or vegan burgers at the fest?
Yes, there are vendors doing vegetarian or vegan burgers, including Side Street, TAIBA SHAWARMA and Rabiul's Kitchen.

How does the Juicy Burger Fest Passport work?

Purchase anything at any of the 11 Milkground-collab burger vendors and you will get a stamp to add to your passport.
Purchase the MILKGROUND-featured burger at any of the 11 Milkground-collab burger vendors and you will get TWO stamps to add to your passport.
Participate in the RedNote check-in activity while at the MILKGROUND booth and you'll get a stamp!

Be one of the first 200 people each day to collect five stamps and you'll be gifted a MILKGROUND cheesebag!

Will there be any interactive games or competitions at the festival?
Yes! At 3pm each day, there will be a Beer Pong game, but it's not your usual game of beer pong... More will be revealed on the day.

At 5pm each day, there will be a Viral Dancing Competition where you can show off your amazing moves! Anyone interested in taking part in either of these games should head to the stage before the games begin to sign up!

Is there a schedule of activities?

Which day is most recommended to go to the fest?
Saturday and Sunday will be the busiest days, so if you're looking for a less busy vibe with fewer lines we recommend attending on Monday.

Can I bring children to the fest?
Yes, children are welcome! There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities dotted around, including pop-a-shot basketball, claw machines and more. Don't forget that children under 1.4m accompanied by an adult get into the fest completely FREE!

Can I bring pets to the fest?
Yes! The venue is completely pet-friendly so your furry friends are welcome. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and that, as the owner, you are responsible for your pet's behavior. If your dog is a larger breed, we recommend leaving them at home.

What should I bring to the fest?
To make your time at the fest as comfortable as possible, we'd recommend bringing things like picnic blankets and folding chairs as there is plenty of free space to settle yourself down on. It's also a good idea to bring things to help cool off, like a handheld fan or an umbrella, if you want to create a bit of shade. Are there any free gifts available at the fest?
Yes! We'll be giving out free headbands for attendees who check in to the Juicy Burger Fest via RedNote each day. Please note that there's only a limited number, so it's first come, first served.

To help keep you cool, all visitors can also receive a free Burger Fest Lotus Fan courtesy of Circle Urban at the entrance. Supplies are limited, so make sure to get to the fest early if you want one!

Where are the toilets located at the festival?
To get to the toilets, you'll need to go out of the main festival entrance (west side) then turn left and simply follow the signs for the toilet.

Is there a dress code for the fest?
Yes, this year's theme is Gods of the Grill, so channel your inner deity and come dressed as your favorite god, goddess, or mythological hero. Think Western legendary figures like Zeus, Thor, Hera and Aphrodite; embrace Chinese figures like the Money God (Caishen), Nezha, Chang'e and Nüwa; or perhaps go with your own creative take on a Burger God – we want to see it!

Can I vote in the Juicy Burger Cup while I'm at the fest?
Yes. Look for QR codes posted around the festival grounds that you can scan to vote in the Juicy Burger Cup second round.
